The Kitchen Collective is home to industrial-scale cooking facilities, providing commercial kitchen spaces (also known as cloud, ghost, dark, or host kitchens) to food businesses of all sizes. 

Our commercial kitchens (located in Auckland and Christchurch, New Zealand) are available in both private and shared options and sit under one roof to foster a sense of community and collaboration. We look after the day-to-day operations (think cleaning, equipment maintenance, waste management, and council compliance) so you can focus on the food. Auckland

Located in Glendene, West Auckland, this 1100m² site is home to 20 private kitchens and an eight-bench shared kitchen space.

Christchurch

466 Tuam Street, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011

Our Christchurch site, also known as TuCK (Tuam Street Cloud Kitchen), comprises 20 private kitchens and two day kitchens.

We’ve designed our kitchens to work for all food producers regardless of size, capital or experience.

Whether you’re a restaurant looking to facilitate takeaways from a separate location, a caterer looking for a space for en masse food preparation, or an artisan producer wanting to scale-up from the home kitchen, we would love to hear from you.
